Transfer to IEX / AIM

 

The Board of Oakhill Group plc ('Oakhill' or 'the Company') announces that with effect from the start of trading today, 20 September, 2006, its market of quotation has moved from the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange (“ISE”) to the Irish Enterprise Exchange (“IEX”) and from the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (“AIM”).

 

Davy remains broker to the Company and will act as nominated adviser pursuant to the AIM Rules and IEX adviser pursuant to the IEX Rules.
