The PAC team has the skills and experience needed to turn around troubled businesses. It combines experience and knowledge of the capital markets, strategic excellence and operational skill to create value for its shareholders. The team has specific skills in managing complex IT systems, strategy development, property development and management, supply chain and cost management, cash management and working within highly regulated and complex industries.
Peter E. Lynch (Executive Chairman)
Peter joined the board of Prime Active Capital plc in May 2007 as part of a major restructuring. Graduating in economics from Trinity College he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Securities Institute. He managed a stock broking company for ABN AMRO bank before several roles as Finance Director, most recently with the National telephone company, eircom. In that capacity he was responsible for running substantial elements of the operating company as well as leading some €13bn of transactions in six years there.
Tony Gill (Non-executive)
Tony joined the board in May 2013. He founded The Great Northern Envelope Company Limited in1988 and it was subsequently acquired by Adare Printing Group plc in 1994. In 1995 Mr Gill founded Encore Direct plc which was an envelope manufacturing business with a turnover of circa £30 million when it was sold to management in 2007. In 2003 Tony founded Mosaic Print Management Limited with his business partner Steve Smith and in 2009 he founded Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions Limited.
Dermot Martin (Non-executive)
Dermot is a former employee of the company and today works as a business consultant. Dermot joined the board in October 2012 and has worked previously with the National telephone company in Ireland, eircom and Adare Printing Group plc, specialising in procurement and supply chain management. He graduated with an MBA from Michael Smurfit Business School, UCD in 2005.
Steve Smith (Non-executive)
Steve joined the board in May 2013 and has been managing director of Mosaic Print Management Ltd since 2003 when he founded the business with Tony Gill. Mosaic offers a range of print and communication services to circa 100 clients across a range of business sectors in the UK. From 1998 to 2003 Mr Smith worked with Egg Banking as Head of Purchasing. From 1992 to 1998, he was Head of Purchasing with Cheltenham & Gloucester plc and from 1983 to 1992 he was Purchasing Manager for Laurentian Life.
